Pomiss Mart offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances.

The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
